Mr. Stamps is licensed to practice in the States of Alabama and Georgia and is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Georgia State Bar, the Alabama Lawyers Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, the Magic City Bar Association, and the Bessemer Bar Association. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Alabama Association of Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Association. Mr. Stamps is also an elected Bar Commissioner at Large for the State of Alabama and is a proud and active member of his community and the Mount Zion Christian Methodist Episcopal Church of Alpine, Alabama.
