Vincent Noletto Jr.

Atty. Vincent Noletto Jr. has enjoyed a varied professional liability practice for many years and has recently been heavily involved in the representation of architects and engineers.  Among the recent cases in which Van has been involved are various claims against architects and engineers arising out of construction projects which were undertaken by the Mobile and Baldwin County School Systems.  He has also been involved in representing a design engineer in claims arising out of the construction of the Thyssenkrupp Steel Facility located in North Mobile County which was a multi-billion dollar project.  His recent practice also includes a significant amount of litigation arising out of the design and construction of numerous high rise condominiums along the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coasts.  These are multi-party cases with complex pleading issues and involve taking and defending numerous depositions, including those of experts in all fields of design, construction and remediation.  They also involve the preparation and presentation of dispositive motions addressing all areas of design and construction liability.
