Atty. David E. Allred has 30 years of litigation experience, having practiced for most of that time with a large insurance and corporate defense firm in Montgomery, Alabama and also serving as an Assistant Attorney General with the Alabama Department of Insurance from 1978-79. He has tried over 140 jury cases and handled more than 40 cases on appeal in both state and federal appellate courts throughout Alabama. All of his practice is devoted to litigation with a focus on insurance and corporate defense.
