Mack T. Jones is a civil trial law attorney who is certified in personal injury and wrongful death litigation by the State Bar of Arizona. He has maintained this specialist certification since the mid-1990s. Mack is a highly skilled lawyer who brings more than 30 years of experience to his clients' cases.
Upon graduation from Northwestern University, Mack moved on to the University of Arizona College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1980. After completing law school, he had the opportunity to work as a judicial law clerk for Justice James Duke Cameron of the Arizona Supreme Court.
Mack started working in private practice in 1981, and he founded Bohm & Jones, P.C. (which is now Jones|Raczkowski) in 1987. Throughout the course of his law career, Mack has always focused on providing legal representation for individuals who were wrongfully harmed as a result of others' negligence or misconduct. He represents many different types of victims, such as motor vehicle accident victims, victims of public transportation accidents (particularly disabled individuals), victims of defective products, individuals who were injured due to safety hazards on others' property, etc. Mack has successfully secured millions of dollars in judgments and settlements for his clients, which includes judgments and settlements from insurance companies, major corporations, government entities, and other parties that caused his clients harm.
Because of the professional excellence Mack has demonstrated as a personal injury attorney, he has been selected for inclusion in theArizona Super Lawyers® list (published inSouthwest Super Lawyers® Magazine) for several years now. This is a highly prestigious list that includes no more than 5% of lawyers within each state. The selection process includes both independent research and peer review. Mack has also been given an AV® Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®. This is a major achievement, considering that AV® is the top rating offered by the organization. The accomplished attorney has been recognized as an authority on premises liability within the state of Arizona. As a result, he is frequently invited by legal organizations to present lectures on premises liability law and trial techniques.
Using his sharp trial skills, Mack aggressively and skillfully pursues fair compensation for the wrongfully injured. He also uses his legal work to promote governmental and corporate responsibility, product safety, and safe premises. Mack believes that an attorney's focus should not be on financial transactions and profit-making, but rather on serving as a legal advocate for the client and providing effective legal counsel.
Mack is admitted to practice in all Arizona state courts, the United States District Court for Arizona, and the 9th Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals.
