Anton Swain-Gil

Anton Swain-Gil joined Bibyan Law Group, P.C. in 2020, where he works tirelessly to help California’s working people vindicate their employment rights. As an associate attorney, Mr. Swain-Gil litigates individual and class claims against employers for wage-and-hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Prior to joining Bibiyan Law Group, P.C., Mr. Swain-Gil worked as a civil litigator at a law firm specializing in employment law. Mr. Swain-Gil also worked as a Deputy Legislative Counsel for the California Office of Legislative Counsel, where he interned during law school.

AMr. Swain-Gil earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) in microbiology from San Diego State University.

Mr. Swain-Gil earned his law degree from UC Davis School of Law. There, he served as a co-chair of La Raza Law Students Association as well as a member of the boards of the Moot Court Honors Board and the Negotiations Team. Mr. Swain-Gil won the 48th Annual Irving L. Neumiller Memorial Moot Court Competition and was a national finalist at the 2016-2017 ABA Law Student Division Negotiation Competition. Mr. Swain-Gil also served as a summer law clerk for California Rural Legal Assistance Foundation.

In his free time, Mr. Swain-Gil enjoys being with family and volunteering his time to speak with young people interested in pursuing legal careers.
