Brendan Scott Burns

Brendan Burns is the Founder and Principal of Burns Law Group, a California law firm focused on representing plaintiffs in personal injury claims, and injured employees in workers’ compensation matters.

Prior to forming Burns Law Group, Brendan spent several years working for a highly reputable Orange County legal defense firm. In this role, Brendan successfully defended insurance companies through aggressive litigation strategies and tactics. Over the years, Brendan negotiated multiple favorable settlements, and obtained several defense verdicts and “take nothings” at Trial.

At Burns Law Group, Brendan now utilizes his legal skills and injury law expertise to advocate for his personal injury and workers compensation clients. Having represented various insurance companies, he understands their strategies, tactics, and goals, and is able to use this information against them. This skill has allowed Brendan to successfully secure multiple high dollar settlements and dispositions for his clients.

By launching Burns Law Group, Brendan is able to help his clients secure the necessary compensation they deserve for personal injuries, stemming from automobile accidents, and trip and falls, as well as for employees who sustain a work-related injury.
