Josh Genzuk

Josh Genzuk is an attorney with McCune Wright Arevalo LLP and focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, dangerous condition, and insurance bad faith cases throughout California.

Mr. Genzuk graduated from Whittier College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management and received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While attending law school, Mr. Genzuk was a member and lead negotiator of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Mediation Team that competed in Paris, France against schools from around the world.

Upon graduation Mr. Genzuk immediately began representing injured parties and fighting for the rights of consumers. Since joining the firm, Mr. Genzuk has worked on a variety of personal injury cases. Notable cases Mr. Genzuk has worked on include: Mayra Lizaola v. Embassy Suites: $600,000 jury verdict for slip and fall incident John Roe v. Corporation: $1,750,000 settlement for rear end collision with initial offer of $0 Vineyard v. OC Animal Care, et al.: $450,000 settlement for dog bite case with initial denial of liability Mr. Genzuk is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California, and admitted to practice in all California State and Federal Courts.
