Attorney Sam Soleimany is a Partner at DeWitt Algorri & Algorri. His practice focuses on complex government liability, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability and products liability.
He has successfully represented dozens of clients against insurance firms and obtained significant recoveries including several jury verdicts. Before law school, Sam studied cognitive science and psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles and earning a graduate degree at the State University of New York where he attended on a full scholarship. He received his law degree at Loyola Law School, earning First Honors in Trial Advocacy and Advanced Torts.
He was a judicial extern in Los Angeles Superior Court for the Honorable Marvin M. Lager. Upon graduation, he joined DeWitt Algorri & Algorri in 2013 and represents only victims against government entities and private insurance firms. Notable cases Sam has worked on include Timmerman v. Lambert, in which Sam helped a bicyclist struck by a motor vehicle obtain a $468,000 verdict, as well as Marin v. Ganuelas where he helped a young woman severely injured in a rear-end collision obtain a $19 million verdict. He has been published in the Daily Journal, the leading Southern California legal publication. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, admitted to practice in all California Courts, and is all about that bass.
