Noel Hibbard

Mr. Hibbard has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Public Administration. He graduated from Golden Gate Law School in 2002 within the top 20 percent of his class. Mr. Hibbard began interning with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Elder abuse division. He began his legal career working as an insurance defense attorney for Cholakian & Associates representing and defending various insurance companies, government entities and their insureds who were involved in serious personal injury matters.

Mr. Hibbard then worked at Bennett, Samuelsen, Reynolds & Allard another well known insurance defense firm defending insureds involved in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters. Many of these claims involved automobile, slip and fall and homeowner insurance claims.  During this time, Mr. Hibbard was a criminal court appointed attorney for the Alameda County Bar Association conflict program.

In 2011, Mr. Hibbard began his own private practice specializing in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. He now has offices in San Jose, Oakland, San Mateo Sacramento and Santa Rosa. Currently, Mr. Hibbard handles serious personal injury matters, including, but not limited to, traumatic brain injury and wrongful death claims. Mr. Hibbard is a member of the California State Bar the California Applicant Attorney’s Association and Santa Clara County Bar Association. Mr Hibbard was nominated a 10 Best Attorney client satisfaction by an American Institute. 

Mr. Hibbard currently teaches legal ethics to the International Chiropractic Association  for their continuing legal education and regularly gives lectures to chiropractors on depositions and legal ethics.
