Born and raised in South Jersey, attorney Erica Domingo is glad to be serving the needs of the community where she grew up. After four years at Barnard College in New York City, including a semester abroad in Italy, Erica worked as a legal assistant prior to attending law school. She gained invaluable hands-on experience while developing a rapport with each new client. Erica’s compassionate demeanor makes her a natural confidant and advocate for all of her clients.
Erica has consistently been a leader since a young age, serving as the Captain of her high school color guard and her college dance team, as well as the President of the Environmental Law Society and Lead Notes Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion while in law school. Her ability to advocate on behalf of her clients won her the “Best Oralist” award in two rounds of competition at the Pace University National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.
Upon graduation from Rutgers-Camden School of Law, Erica clerked for the Honorable Francine I. Axelrad in the New Jersey Superior Court – Appellate Division. Since then, Erica has worked as a civil litigation attorney focusing her practice on employment discrimination and personal injury matters. Her recent trial experience includes examining and cross-examining fact and expert witnesses and arguing dispositive motions on a four-week whistleblower trial, resulting in a verdict in excess of $1MIL in favor of her client.
