Joseph Fraley

Joseph A. Fraley founded his firm in 1953 with a dedicated focus on representing injured workers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio. After just three years, he became a partner and expanded the firm’s practice areas to include personal injury claims, such as car accidents, wrongful death, and intentional tort claims.

With a rich career as a trial lawyer, Joe has amassed extensive experience in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Intentional Tort, and Litigation, successfully trying cases across numerous Ohio counties. He is an active member of both the Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations.

For over 20 years, Joe has championed the rights of workers and injured individuals, advocating tirelessly on their behalf. Residing in Granville, he balances his professional life with family, enjoying quality time with his wife and three children. In his free time, Joe indulges in his passions for golf and basketball.
