Luciano Oliveira

Luciano Oliveira practices in the areas of commercial litigation, business law, personal injury, cross-border transactions, and conflict of laws. Prior to joining Friedman & Feiger, Luciano worked with cross-border transactional matters assisting companies in the US and Europe to conduct and expand their business operations in Latin America.

Mr. Oliveira received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sao Paulo School of Law, the foremost law school in Latin America, and his LL.M. in International Law from SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas. Luciano has also received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from FGV, the foremost business school in Brazil.

Serving as a senior consultant for KPMG and providing business and technology advisory services for some of the largest business entities in Latin America for many years, Luciano has extensive experience helping executives and entrepreneurs overcome complex challenges involving business and law. Mr. Oliveira has written business articles for newspapers and other media in Latin America.

He resides in Frisco, Texas, with his wife, who is an entrepreneur, their three children and Bella – the family’s yellow lab. His extended family lives in Portugal and Brazil.
