that everybody wants to know the most. The client, they come into the office and they say, Mr. Sanders, how long does my case going to take?And I say, well, that depends on a lot of factors. Number one, severity of injuries. Do you have a crack pelvis on impact or do you have a herniated disk. Side of the policy will be hit by a regular car versus being hit by a

commercial 18 Wheeler. Whether the case can be settled without filing a lawsuit. If so, then usually you're looking between about four to eight months. If a lawsuit needs to be filed, it could be up to two to three years.

And remember, in Texas, the statute of limitations is two

years from the date of action. So this is all stuff you need to know when you do talk to an attorney so that you can plan accordingly.
